One of the pillars of the culture of Azka IT Consulting is the welfare of Human Resources, which leads us, along with other factors, to be a responsible, respectful and quality for people who can become, or is, part of our culture and company.
We are committed to maintaining the security and reliability of the data you provide us, restricting its use for the purposes defined below:
- Candidates. The personal data you provide us, such as: name, address, telephone, e-mail, company where you work, salaries received, work experience.
- Collaborators. In addition to the above, more sensitive data such as CURP, Federal Taxpayers Registry, Social Security Number, bank account.
- Clients. Plans, projects, quotations.
And all information provided to carry out the employment relationship and provision of services with Azka IT Consulting.
This information collected, will be used only in order to be more timely in the requirements and expectations that you have as a candidate, staff or company and will be treated in the most confidential and respectful.
- Candidates. They will be used to keep you informed of job offers that may be available, new projects in which you could participate, topics in general related to recruitment and selection, as well as feedback on the processes in which you are participating or resolution of doubts you may have. Your data can be sent to the companies where the processes are being carried out.
- Collaborators. They will be used to send bulletins, request information updates, solve doubts, keep informed of courses, projects, reports. Information in general for the good administration of the personnel.
- Clients. About new projects, progress information, resources sent, assigned personnel reports. Or about Azka IT Consulting's good working relationship with the client.

This document is the Privacy Notice of Azka IT Consulting, S.A. de C.V. (the "Responsible"), which is made available to you (the "Data Subject") prior to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data (the "Data").
I.- Data collected and purpose. The Data you provide to us includes: Full name; address; e-mail; telephone, cell phone and/or fax; photograph; information about academic degrees, academic and work history (previous jobs) and data related to interest in jobs, including skills and abilities, socioeconomic level and job expectations (including salary), which will be processed for the following purpose:
A.- Contact or labor information.- which includes: Promotion of labor offerings to third parties; Processes of labor recruitment or provision of services to third parties; For the purpose of providing references in case another person or company requests reports on potential candidates for a position, job, position or commission.
II.- Warning in case of use of electronic media. In case the Data Subject provides his/her Data through electronic means, including the Responsible Party's website (Internet), then the Data Subject understands, accepts and acknowledges that:
a. The Responsible's website may include links to third party websites, which if accessed, will cause the Responsible's website to be abandoned, for which the Responsible assumes no liability in connection with such third party websites.
b. The Responsible's website may include links to sites that manage social networks, in which case the Registrant accepts that by providing any type of information or Data on such sites, will cause that the same may be read, viewed, accessed, retransmitted and treated by any person, and therefore releases the Responsible from any liability.
c. It is possible that the systems of the Responsible collect Data of the Data Subject such as type of browser, operating system, Internet pages visited, IP address, etc., through "cookies" or "web beacons", among others.
III.- Sensitive Data. The Data Subject declares that he/she has not provided and in no case shall provide the Controller with "sensitive personal data", i.e., those intimate personal data or whose due or improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the Data Subject. In particular, the Data Controller undertakes not to provide the Data Controller with any data concerning racial or ethnic origin, state of health, present and future, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference.
IV.- Storage and disclosure. In order to comply with the purposes of this notice, as well as to be able to apply for a process, it is possible that the Responsible Party delivers all or part of the Data to third parties, including Companies, that require to know this information, such as customers, who will be obliged, by contract, to maintain the confidentiality of the Data and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. The Data Controller undertakes to have the legal and security measures, sufficient and necessary to ensure that your Data remain confidential and secure.
V.- Transfer: The Data Subject understands and accepts that the Data Controller is authorized to transfer the Data to third parties, either for a fee or free of charge, respecting at all times the purpose of this Notice. If you do not accept that your Data are subject to transfer, then you must omit to provide any Data.
VI.- Access, rectification. The Data Subject shall have the right to request to the Controller at any time the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition with respect to his/her Data, for which he/she shall send a request to the following data:

The request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition must contain and be accompanied by the following: (1) The name of the Data Subject and address or other means to communicate the response to the request; (2) The documents proving the identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the Data Subject; (3) A clear and precise description of the Data with respect to which the Data Subject seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and (4) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Data Subject's Data.
VI.- Modifications. The Data Subject agrees and agrees that any change to this "Privacy Notice" or to the privacy policies shall be notified by means of its publication in the web page www.azka-it.com.
